Please be aware that external conditions such as road traffic, weather events, and local public holidays may impact delivery timelines. All estimated times are indicative and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs
All delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, volume, and destination address. Before confirming your purchase, you’ll be presented with a detailed breakdown of all charges for full transparency.

5. Parcel Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You may use this to monitor the real-time status of your package directly through the courier’s platform.
Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch, particularly during weekends or holidays.

6. Delays and Delivery Disruptions
While we do everything possible to deliver your order on time, there are some conditions that may cause delays:

If your item is determined to be lost in transit or significantly damaged, we will initiate a resolution process in line with our courier’s insurance and claims policy. Depending on the case, this may include a replacement or a refund.

8. Order Inspection & Return Requests
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to check all items immediately. If you find any discrepancies or faults, please notify us within 7 calendar days.
We accept return requests for change of mind or dissatisfaction within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that:
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided
The product is not a final-sale or hygiene-sensitive item (some exclusions apply to personal care products)
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or shipped incorrectly.

9. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation via email.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
