DELIVERY & SHIPPING
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing time: Your order will be packed and prepared within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Delivery time: After dispatch, parcels typically arrive within 20 to 30 calendar days depending on your shipping address and courier performance.
We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How can I check the progress of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking link. You can use it to follow your parcel’s journey. If you haven’t received an update after 35 calendar days from shipment, please contact us so we can investigate.
What if I’m not home when delivery occurs?
You can leave delivery instructions during checkout, such as a safe drop location or preferred delivery time. If a re-delivery is required, additional charges may apply depending on the courier’s policy.
ORDER CHANGES & SUPPORT
Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
We accept order changes or cancellations only before the package is dispatched. Please send your request to Support@highnationwear.store with the subject line “ORDER CHANGE” and include your order number.
What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
We’re always here to assist. If you receive the wrong item, something’s missing, or you have any concerns, please email Support@highnationwear.store or call us at +61 7 5453 3777. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How long do I have to request a return?
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be:
Unopened and in original condition
Unused and with original tags/packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
When should I report a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your package. Include photos if applicable so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 2–4 business days. The amount will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.
